About the project
A calm companion for complicated picks.
Draft Omen is an unofficial project by Andrea Grandi. It is made for drafters who want useful context while keeping the final pick—and the play experience—in their own hands.
What Draft Omen is
Draft Omen follows MTG Arena Quick Draft events through Arena's local Player.log. It identifies offered packs and picks, joins card metadata to public data, and keeps the score inputs visible as a draft develops. When the draft is complete, it can propose a 40-card build that you recreate in Arena yourself.
Andrea Grandi maintains the Python application, its terminal and desktop interfaces, and the methodology documentation in the public repository.
Acknowledgments
Card identity and card details are supported by Scryfall. Draft statistics and color-pair context come from 17Lands. Their data makes the recommendation context possible; neither service endorses Draft Omen.
